Accommodation rules

Accommodation rules apply to all individuals/visitors staying on the territory of Watermill Resort (Puidu, Leebiku, Tõrva vald, Valgamaa).

  1. The accommodation booker must be at least 18 years old and legally competent. Minors can use the guesthouse only in the company of an adult. If this requirement is violated, the person whose bank account the reservation was paid from is responsible.
  2. The accommodation booker is responsible for the safety of themselves and accompanying individuals, ensuring they have the skills and experience to use items. By making a reservation, you assume responsibility for using or allowing others to use items (such as a coffee machine, toaster, stove, oven, etc.) for which there are sufficient skills. If you have additional questions, equipment manuals are located in the kitchen cabinet, and if that is not sufficient, please contact us by phone. We do not provide warning labels for the dangers of various things because we assume that individuals can foresee these dangers. For example, walking on a wet tiled floor can be dangerous and may result in injury; depending on weather conditions, the terrace and cobblestone may become slippery (rain, ice, etc.). By being on the guesthouse premises or using our items, you confirm that you are aware of the risks and will act in a way that does not make them dangerous. If you lack the skills to use an item and still use it, you are responsible for the consequences. The guesthouse is not liable for any damage caused.
  3. Check-in at the guesthouse is from 16:00, and check-out is no later than 12:30. After that, the guesthouse automatically changes the entry code, and entry is no longer possible.
  4. Visitors are prohibited from damaging the environment, including nature, the garden, etc. Disturbing local residents and animals is also prohibited. Loud music outdoors is not allowed.
  5. Visitors must not leave the guesthouse in a condition that requires deep cleaning (e.g., dirty carpets, walls, sofa, etc.). The guesthouse has the right to demand an additional fee if cleaning requires more extensive actions than usual. Regular cleaning includes vacuuming, wet mopping floors, dusting, etc.
  6. The territory is under video surveillance (parking/entrance).
  7. Making a fire on the premises is prohibited. Using a grill is allowed in the designated area.
  8. Parties are not allowed in the guesthouse. Loud music outdoors is also prohibited to avoid disturbing local residents and animals.
  9. Be cautious in the sauna, maintain a sufficient distance from the heater, and avoid burning yourself. The accommodation booker is responsible for the sauna’s safety for themselves, their companions, and children, ensuring they do not burn themselves or suffer other injuries. No whisking is allowed in the sauna. The use of exfoliating creams, honey, or other greasy body care products is also prohibited. We recommend using a sitting pad or towel under you in the sauna.
  10. The accommodation booker is responsible for the safety of themselves and accompanying individuals, ensuring they have the skills and experience to use items. For example, walking on a wet tiled floor can be dangerous, and depending on weather conditions, the terrace and cobblestone may become slippery (rain, ice, etc.). If you have additional questions about using equipment, please contact us by phone. A first aid kit and fire blanket are located in the entrance closet.
  11. Each visitor is responsible for their and their children’s safety. Swimming in the river is at your own risk. The riverbed has stones and is uneven, so be aware of potential hazards. Consider the water level and flow in the river. If the water level is high and there is a strong current, entering the water is not advisable. Only individuals who have not consumed alcohol or other substances may go into the river. Wearing a life jacket is mandatory during boat rides, and it is at your own risk. We recommend starting the boat ride against the current to ensure an easy return. Going downstream may involve hidden rocks in the river, which may not always be visible depending on the water level.
  12. Adults are responsible for any damage caused, including damage caused by children.
  13. The guesthouse has the right to refuse accommodation services to individuals who have previously caused damage to the accommodation facility, caused damage in other accommodation facilities, or are not in good standing with the accommodation facility (e.g., wanted by the police, intoxicated, etc.).
  14. Only individuals designated at the time of booking are allowed to stay in the accommodation. In case of rule violations, the host has the right to expel visitors from the premises without refunding the paid accommodation fee.
  15. Pets, even well-behaved ones, are not allowed in the accommodation facility. The fine for rule violations is 2000 euros. In case of rule violations, the host has the right to expel visitors from the premises without refunding the paid accommodation fee.
